How We Work

We created this service after we identified there were thousands and thousands of potential mortgage customers that were paying too much interest based on a banks Standard Variable Rate.

After your initial mortgage deal comes to an end you will be paying possibly a higher rate of interest for your mortgage.

At this point switching or transferring your mortgage (with the same lender) may give you instant savings.

We are able to offer our unique proposition through an approved and regulated mortgage adviser network. Once you submit your enquiry a regulated adviser will contact you to talk through the product transfer process and complete your transaction – you wont even have to speak to anyone from the bank.

We offer a completely FREE product transfer or ‘switch & save’ service from a limited number of mortgage lenders. (see below for the list)

We will notify you from the outset on occasions where we are unable to complete a product transfer – often this is a limitation
of the banks technology.

All transactions facilitated by us, are handled by our partner FCA regulated firms. We are not regulated by the FCA and none of our staff will provide any mortgage advice.

Some loan products are not regulated by the FCA.

How our Love 2 Shop Voucher Offer Works

We are a financial marketing firm with extensive experience working with intermediaries (regulated and FCA approved mortgage advisers). We have negotiated special terms with our mortgage broker panel. As such we are able to offer up to £250 pounds worth of Love 2 Shop Vouchers as well as a guarantee that none of the firms we work with will charge you a fee for processing a product transfer from our primary lender list.

For the majority of the product transfers you will not have to pay any fees at all. If fees are chargeable, the advisers will inform you from the outset.
